You can use this extension for firefox to download them: http://www.downloadhelper.net/faq.php
Then you can convert downloaded .flv files to .mpg or .avi using this tool: http://www.ripzor.com/flvconverter.html

if you want the flv files , just look in your directory: (before you end the internet explorer)
C or D:\Documents and Settings\"your username"\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files"
the files can be copied / renamed /and than played with VLC media player
this methode also work for "protected pics" just harvest your files there
